Publisher review:Under Construction Pages is created because i did see the need to be able to change a single file without shutting down the whole site like with the Down for Maintenance contribution. So you can set in the admin which pages you want to have LOCKED / Under Construction to the public.I thought to be smart... lol and i adjusted it so that the admin still can see those pages by checking his IP which you can also set in the admin area.Just read the install info.
